The Caribbean Voice Website

The Caribbean Voice website: Re-launched in January this year, The Caribbean Voice website (www.caribvoice.org) garnered over 85,000 hits last year. When the website was taken off line a few years ago it had been receiving over 300,000 hits monthly and it seems to be well on its way to that number again. Why? Well www.caribvocie.org provides the most comprehensive coverage of the Caribbean world – news, views, information and happenings – whether it’s the Caribbean, or the Diaspora: UK, Canada and the US in particular.

The Caribbean Voice invites readers to submit material for publication – accomplishments and achievements, happenings, events, unfolding news, profiles, interviews, advocacy and opinion writings, letters, analyses, academic documents, music and books reviews or music and books to be reviewed, information relating to health, technology, science or whatever else. Links can be provided to material already available. Material and related pictures can be sent vie email to caribvoice@aol.com, or contact made via phone at 718-542-4454.

The Caribbean Voice also invites readers to become citizens-journalists by covering your neck of the woods with respect to all things Caribbean. There are already a number of such individuals who help to ensure a very extensive coverage of the Caribbean world.

Also listing of events and announcements throughout the Caribbean world is done on a related Facebook page entitled Da Happenings. Events and announcements can be listed directly on the facebook page or sent via email to be listed by The Caribbean Voice.
